Clater Jewelers is the only member of the Independent Jewelers Organization (IJO) in Louisville, giving them exclusive access to the largest independent jewelry buying group in the world. In addition to our IJO membership, Claters also has a GIA Gemologist on staff, Christy M. Effinger (owner Megan Martin’s daughter).
The highly-trained staff works directly with customers to create custom pieces. Services include; appraisals, jewelry repair, remounting, pearl stringing, engraving by expert machine engraver, and complimentary repair estimates and inspections.
